1. Hold a project meeting


After the contract is signed, the department head appoints the project manager, confirms the establishment of the organizational structure, determines the project team personnel, and clarifies the division of labor and resource allocation. At the same time, communicate with the owner to hold a project meeting and report the project plan.

2. On-site measurement and feedback

Our personnel conduct on-site actual situation inspection and measurement, and the sales staff hand over the bidding documents, project lists, design drawings and relevant information provided by customers to the project manager, and the office archives the relevant information.

3. Confirmation of design and production drawings

a. Data collation

Check the completeness, practicability and accuracy of the project information

b. Acknowledgement

Communicate with the preliminary design to understand the design ideas, confirm the layout drawings and P&ID drawings, and confirm the DQ draft;

Submit the design plan drawings to the customer, and the owner needs to confirm the design plan.

 The designer has a full understanding of the preliminary design ideas, and fully communicates with the customer according to the contract requirements and URS.

 The designer shall carry out detailed design of the mechanical and electrical parts according to the requirements of the contract, and the design shall be reasonable, specific and accurate.

 After the design is completed, the drawings should be sent to the customer for confirmation after being reviewed and signed at the third level, and further modified and reflected according to customer needs, and sent to the archives for archiving.

 The designer shall issue a detailed procurement list of the project, and the procurement list shall be reviewed by the procurement personnel to see whether it meets the project budget. Purchased large items should be communicated and confirmed with the procurement personnel in advance to avoid delays caused by the long procurement cycle.

4. Confirmation of the installation plan

a. Installation environment

Confirm with the owner the accuracy and completeness of the equipment installation list and delivery list, including the manual, the manufacturer's design drawings and other documents required for the installation of the equipment.

After the materials arrive at the site, the project manager confirms with the customer that the equipment, tools and on-site installation conditions are in place, and there is a proper place for the equipment parts and tools to be kept. The equipment installation tools are intact and available, and the on-site public works and other facilities are complete, which can ensure the smooth progress of the construction. After confirmation, go to the site for installation and commissioning.

b. Installation positioning

After the site manager arrives at the site, check the actual situation on the site, and communicate with the customer in detail about the specific implementation plan of the project.

The equipment installation and construction procedures mainly include: foundation acceptance, equipment acceptance, hoisting in place, equipment alignment, internal parts installation, internal cleaning inspection and approval, and closure.

 Check the required passage with the customer according to the specifications and drawings, and carry out on-site installation according to the drawings and specifications.

 Carry out the hoisting of the equipment in place according to the drawings or installation instructions, and the equipment is not damaged during hoisting.

 The equipment is leveled and aligned, the anchor bolts are tightened, and the accuracy is checked with the level, and confirmed by the customer.

 The container can only be closed after being cleaned and approved by the customer.

According to the customer's overall project progress, customer stage progress, and contract-related project constraints, the detailed list of operator needs is prepared, which reflects the various technical personnel required at each stage of the project and the customer's on-site environmental needs, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the balance and deployment of labor.

5. Confirmation of the document plan

Preliminary information: design condition information; planning schemes; Documents, including meeting minutes, data summaries of various indicators, communication letters and comments; Others (project-related materials are archived and not clearly classified)

6. Production plan submission

The project manager confirms the implementation ideas of the project, obtains the results, and constructs the outline of the ideas and the project management charter; The project manager draws up the project implementation plan, and the formulation of the plan should be jointly studied and determined by the members of the project leading group, and the content of each plan should be implemented to the specific person in charge of both parties, and the time span of the plan is the entire project implementation period, and submitted to the customer for review and confirmation.

After the project schedule is confirmed, the project team members will communicate and explain to clarify the goals and time requirements of each stage. Clarify the operation methods and key requirements in the process of project implementation.
