Then the new filter unit is loaded into a new PVC bag, and the new PVC bag is tightly tied on the flange. Remove the remaining bag mouth on the flange, put it in the gloves of the new bag, cut it off, roll the new bag, close the access door and press it tightly, and complete the entire replacement process.

Detect:

In the standard configuration of the bag-in-bag-out filter, an automatic (or manual) scanning and detection unit is set up, which can detect the efficiency and safety of the filter at any time.

The detection unit is adjacent to the filter surface composed of the filter and its frame, and a sampling device is arranged at a certain distance from the filter surface. The sampling device will make a serpentine or linear motion along the entire filter surface to inspect the filter surface and sealing area of the filter equipment.
