The temperature range for vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilization operation can be adapted between 4-80 ℃, usually room temperature is sufficient. During the disinfection and sterilization process, vaporized hydrogen peroxide is reduced to water and oxygen. Compared with other sterilization methods, it has no harmful residues and is harmless to operators and the environment, similar to ozone sterilization.
